Sometimes there are moments when you simply MUST eat chocolate, but you either don’t have it at home, or you don’t want to eat chemicals (and store-bought chocolates always contain them). And somehow this recipe turned out to be very simple and quick chocolate candies. Well, I won’t torment you with long conversations...
You will need:
1 tbsp. Spoon of cocoa powder (naturally without sugar)
1 tbsp. Spoon of coconut oil
1/2 tbsp. Spoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or your other favorite spice, the amount is of course to taste)
your favorite sweetener (optional)
17 gr. coconut flakes
a pinch of salt
silicone molds for chocolates, if you don’t have them, put a sheet of foil on a plate and fold the edges under it, so it looks like a plate made of foil
Place cocoa powder, coconut oil, butter, cinnamon (or other spices) in a microwave-safe cup and microwave for about 30 seconds to melt. When melted, stir well until all lumps disappear. Then throw in the remaining ingredients. Stir well again. Place in silicone molds or a foil plate. Then put it in the freezer.
For me, they freeze in a couple of minutes, I think it depends on the size of the molds and nothing else. All! You can eat!
In general, this recipe works as a basic one - you can throw in fried seeds or nuts instead of coconut flakes, add any spice, or with any kind of nut butter... It's up to your taste and allergies;)
