25ml cream (or coconut milk)
1 egg
7 grams coconut flour (about 1 tablespoon)
4 grams of chia seeds (about 1/2 tablespoon)
15 g butter
a pinch of salt
Melt the butter in a small frying pan, in which you will fry your pancakes. Mix all ingredients well. You can add according to your mood: cinnamon and/or cardamom, stevia... Let it brew for 5 minutes and fry!
It's delicious to put Greek yogurt between the pancakes, sprinkle cinnamon on top and add fresh red berries! You can also put slices of cheese between the pancakes and just Greek yogurt on top. Or between each a little keto ice cream, and then a LOT more on top, you can also add roasted nuts... In general, whatever you have enough imagination for!
